I’m a Gen X content creator based in the San Francisco Bay Area with over 15 years of experience in marketing, creative management, and video production. I’m also a neurodivergent mom raising two teens—my son is autistic and my daughter is neurotypical—so I deeply understand how important comfort, accessibility, and inclusion are in both travel and everyday life.

Whether we’re exploring close to home or venturing abroad, I create thoughtful, relatable content that helps families feel empowered, inspired, and seen. My work focuses on travel that works for neurodivergent families, but it also reflects the real, messy layers of motherhood and midlife.

As much as I love helping families travel well, I think it’s equally important to advocate for moms—especially Gen X women—who are carving out space for themselves in this chapter of life. I believe self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. That’s why you’ll also see me sharing solo trips, spa visits, and anything that helps me rediscover joy outside of caregiving. Because moms deserve adventure, rest, and room to reconnect with who they are.
